Tola Lewis is a Michigan-based artist renowned for her distinctively smooth blend of musical stylings: classic, contemporary, popular and jazz; always exquisite. A multi-talented musician, Tola performs using a saxophone and wind synthesizer. Her illuminating style will draw you into the rich texture of the music, whether interpreting a timeless standard Cole Porter, laying down a Motown groove, or sharing her personal vision through one of her own distinctive original tunes.
The fight against MS is personal for Tola. Her daughter has MS and it is a personal cause for their family.

MiSsion Possible Team Member and Director of Operations, Ted Hoffman
For Ted Hoffman, wearing orange became personal when he started working at Crown Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery. Everyone thinks something like MS will always happen to someone else’s family not theirs. Here at CH, we have an employee impacted by MS, so it makes it a reality when it happens to “one of your family members”.
Ted supports Crown Hill’s initiatives with The National MS Society, Indiana State Chapter because he believes making a difference in someone’s life is a responsibility. The quest for answers and participation is part of the journey and goal in curing MS. Crown Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery has been involved with community events, such as the annual Beyond the Badge Run/Walk. “This endeavor to support a cure for MS adds a philanthropic involvement for myself and the staff. Being from a large family, I realized early in life it takes all to get a job done.”
Ted Hoffman is the Director of Operations at Crown Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery.
Like so many people in Indianapolis, Karen Wright has extended family members who have had MS. Two family members in her husband’s family have had the disease. She has been aware of MS, and has recently become engaged with Crown Hill’s involvement with The National MS Society – Indiana State Chapter.
Not only does Karen believe in the cause, she sees the value of supporting it with her colleagues. The fundraising events and Walk MS Indy are fun

ways to interact with coworkers. As an event planner, she also really enjoys planning the details of each event and motivating others to participate. Karen said, “It is wonderful that Crown Hill is showing its community involvement in something of this magnitude.”
Karen Wright works in the Administration Department at Crown Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery. She is actively involved in the Indianapolis community. Her involvement includes Circle City Classic, Indiana Black Expo, Indianapolis Urban League, and Meeting Professionals International.
Cindy Westenhofer has learned about MS through her involvement with the MS Society and Crown Hill. When she volunteered to support the fundraising initiatives, Cindy began to learn about the disease and became very involved with supporting the fight. Cindy believes in taking each opportunity to make a positive impact on the future and for others. Cindy said, “We can grow so much by just helping out, in small or large ways. Simply, being involved makes a positive difference!”
In addition to participating in Walk MS, Cindy is instrumental in planning MusicFest at Crown Hill to support fundraising efforts for the MS Society.
