Memorial Opportunities
Crown Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery and the Crown Hill Heritage Foundation provide many ways of memorializing, paying tribute to, or honoring the service and sacrifice of our nation's bravest men and women in uniform. The following programs are currently available. We invite you to learn more about these options by contacting a representative at 317.925.3800.
- Plant a tree in memory of a veteran or an individual currently serving in the armed forces.
- Design a personalized memorial.
- Make a contribution to the Deryk Hallal Scholarship Fund for children of veterans currently serving in the armed forces.
- Make a contribution to the Maurice W. Scearce Crown Hill Field of Valor Veterans Fund. This is a permanent endowment fund designed to preserve and enhance the Field of Valor memorial to America's military personnel. Contributions will also go toward further development of the Field of Valor as a community resource, promoting educational programs, events, and ceremonies that promote the cultural heritage of America's veterans.
The Crown Hill Heritage Foundation is committed to preserving and sharing our rich history and cultural heritage, natural beauty, and the historic landmarks in the care of Crown Hill Cemetery. The Field of Valor, like the National Cemetery on the grounds of Crown Hill, speaks to the noble tradition of service to country and like the National Cemetery will be a place where future generations gather to honor, remember and learn.
The Crown Hill Heritage Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization. Contributions to the Foundation for Field of Valor Memorial Opportunities are tax-deductible.
