Ziemer, Jo Ann, age 69, of Miamisburg, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2010. Jo Ann was a graduate of Bob Jones University, and a long time substitute teacher and tutor in the Miamisburg School System. She was a member of the Judson Baptist Church in West Carrollton, water aerobics instructor and avid quilter. Jo Ann was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Jo Ann is survived by her husband of 48 years: Rodney D. Ziemer Sr.; sons: Rodney Jr., Roscoe, Robert; daughters: Jessie, Joella, Jonica, Jedotta; 19 grandchildren; sisters: Mara Lee & Patty Sue; and numerous other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Clare & Dorothy (Schlutt) Marshall and brother: James Edward Marshall. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, January 22, 2010 at the Judson Baptist Church, 3150 W. Alex-Bell Road, West Carrollton with Pastor Peter Courlas officiating. Entombment will follow the service at Heritage Hills Memory Gardens in Springboro. The family will be receiving friends at the church on Thursday evening from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. and on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at 11:00 A.M.
