Frederick was born in Indianapolis, IN on November 2, 1952, the son of the late John Wesley and Frances Johnson. Frederick is survived by two sisters, Sarah Wallace of Noblesville, Indiana., Mary Ann Johnson of Indianapolis, Indiana and a brother, David Johnson of Indianapolis, Indiana.
