Bernard A. Brent, Sr.
90, Indianapolis, passed away August 22, 2010. He was a veteran of the United States Army and member of The American Legion, Post #249. He was also a member of the 13 Black Cats Social Club and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Helen Coleman Brent; granddaughter, Erica Brent; nieces whom he helped to raise, Patsye Brent Robinson and Susie Brent King; cousin, Agnes Berry; goddaughter, Jaconda Lightburn; and a host of extended family and friends.
