Mr. Joe Eddie Blunt

Joe Eddie Blunt, 74,
son of the late Alex and Mary L. Blunt, was born in Columbus, Mississippi on June 20, 1936. He was the third child of six children.

At an early age he was baptized and accepted Christ. He loved the outdoors and working in his flower garden. He enjoyed walking, reading his Bible and talking about his Lord and Savior with a nice ice-cold Pepsi!

Joe Eddie departed this life and went home to Glory on August 8, 2010, preceded in death by his father, mother and grandparents. He leaves to cherish his memory his siblings, Emerson Blunt Sr. (Mary), Lurenia Brown, Mary Ann Edwards (Audley Sr.), Josie Mae Blunt, Louvon Braxton (Robert); and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Information

Funeral service will be held at 12 pm on Monday, August 16, 2010 in Crown Hill Funeral Home, with visitation there from 11 am.
