71, Indianapolis, passed away December 4, 2009. She retired from IU Medical Center in 1996 after 31 dutiful years as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

She is survived by her children, Barbara D. Peacock of Dallas, TX, Lavada R. Perryman, David J. (Amy) Willis, April R. Hendrickson all of Indianapolis, IN, Paula D. Hendrickson of Chicago, IL; step-son, John R. Hendrickson, Jr. of Danville, KY; siblings, Mattie R. Daniel, Cora E. Rogers of Indianapolis, IN, Ardell Copeland of Fort Wayne, IN, Florene (Walter) Gammage of Victorville, CA; 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and a host of extended relatives and friends.

Funeral Information

Services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at the Greater Sanders Temple Church of God in Christ, 3516 East 39th Street. Visitation will be held from 4-8 PM on Friday, December 11, 2009 at the Crown Hill Funeral Home.
