So sorry for your loss, the Bible reminds us at Rev. 21:4 “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” How comforting this verse is.
Chuck was a talented writer and a great cook. I used to go visit him and Carol Kappel at their home off 116th street. They would invite me over to work on their computers and pay me with an excellent Veal Marsala or Ribs in Sourkraut. I loved his books. He will be missed.
What happy memories we have of his advertising brilliance! He had a great run and a true talent for telling a story or writing a poem. I'd love to be a celestial fly on the wall when he and Carol get together! We look forward to joining that reunion soon!
